Multi-tenant users

- Data is isolated between accounts
- Roles may differ between accounts
Security considerations
Review access regularly
Periodically review who has access to your account. Remove users who no longer need access, such as former employees or completed contractors.Use appropriate roles
Assign the minimum role needed for each person’s job:- Use Viewer for stakeholders who only need to see data
- Use User for team members who create and edit products
- Use Admin sparingly for people who need to manage the account
- Keep Owner as the person responsible for billing and ultimate accountability
